TCC BSS TCC BUSINESS SUPPORT SOLUTION — LEARNING

Instructor Agreement

Version 1.0 — the terms you accept when you create an instructor account with TCC Business Support Solution W.L.L. ("TCC BSS"), Doha, Qatar.

1. What each side does

You create the course and its final test, and you own the content. TCC BSS hosts it, sells it, examines your students, issues certificates in your name, and collects payment from buyers. TCC BSS acts as your collection agent: it receives the purchase price on your behalf and holds your share for you until it is paid to you under clause 3.

2. What you earn

You receive 80% of the price paid by the student for each sale of your course, whether the course is made of documents or video. TCC BSS retains 20% as its commission. There is no subscription and no fixed fee: you pay nothing unless your course sells.

3. When you are paid

Each sale is released for payment 30 days after the purchase date. This period exists because a student's bank can reverse a card payment after the sale.

Once your released balance reaches QAR 500, it is paid in the next monthly payment run by bank transfer to the account you provide. A balance below that amount carries forward to the following month. You receive a numbered statement for every payment, and your earnings page shows every sale in real time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your bank details. Costs charged by your own bank for receiving an international transfer are yours.

4. Tax

Payments to instructors who are not resident in Qatar are subject to Qatari withholding tax under Law No. 24 of 2018. TCC BSS pays this tax on your behalf, in addition to your 80% share, so the amount shown on your statement is the amount that reaches you. TCC BSS will provide a withholding certificate on request, which you may be able to use to claim relief in your own country.

If a double taxation treaty between Qatar and your country of residence allows a reduced rate, you may provide a valid tax residence certificate and TCC BSS will apply the reduced rate once relief has been granted by the Qatari authorities.

You remain responsible for declaring your income and paying any tax due in your own country. TCC BSS does not give tax advice.

5. Refunds and reversed payments

If a sale is refunded, or a student's bank reverses the payment (a chargeback), your share for that sale is not payable. If it has already been paid to you, TCC BSS may offset the amount against your future payouts, or ask you to repay it.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of your course. You grant TCC BSS the right to host, market and sell it on the platform for as long as this agreement lasts. You confirm that the content is your own work or that you hold the rights to it, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Every course is reviewed by TCC BSS before it goes live, and TCC BSS may decline or remove a course that does not meet its standards or breaks the law of Qatar.

7. Students and certificates

Students buy from the platform, and TCC BSS handles enrollment, testing and certification. Certificates are issued in your name as instructor and remain verifiable on the TCC BSS website.

8. Ending the agreement

Either side may end this agreement at any time with written notice. If it ends, your course stops being sold, students who already bought it keep their access, and any balance you have earned is paid to you in the normal monthly run once the release period has passed.

9. Changes

TCC BSS may update these terms. Instructors will be notified by email, and the version you accepted is recorded against your account.

10. Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
